ABOUT ME

I am a qualified Social Worker with many years of experience as an Executive Coach and Practitioner.

I have worked for the last 8 years as an executive leader with large agencies. At different times I have used the techniques of being a teacher, a mentor and a high performance (Executive) coach. I have spent 20 years in leadership positions honing my skills and refining my approach and what I have realised is that I love being a high performance coach working with extraordinary top performers.  

Now I work with a very small number of truly inspiring and influential top performers.

I use a bespoke approach based in powerful conversations. I listen deeply and I understand what I see. 

I release top performers into their potential so that their influence in this world grows exponentially.
